This software is licensed to the original purchaser for local, offline use.
The software does not require an Internet connection for normal operation and does not upload the user’s design parameters, simulation results, or project files.
The purchaser may install and use the software for personal use or internal business purposes.
Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, sharing, uploading, copying for third parties, or providing access to this software to any unauthorized person is strictly prohibited.
Purchasing this software grants a license to use it. Ownership and copyright of the software remain with the developer.
By installing or using this software, the user agrees to these terms.
In case of inconsistency, the English version shall prevail.
Third-party requirements
The CIFF Cadence model is sold separately under the purchaser-use and redistribution restrictions stated in our terms. Cadence software and third-party PDK rights are not included. Third-party materials remain subject to their respective licenses.
MATLAB and the required Delta-Sigma Toolbox are separate products. Their licensing remains the responsibility of the purchaser. The App’s behavioral verification does not replace transistor-level, process-corner or post-layout validation.
