These terms apply to purchases and use of Sigma-Delta ADC Designer.

Product and compatibility

The product is downloadable MATLAB software. It requires MATLAB R2022b or newer and a compatible, separately licensed Delta-Sigma Toolbox. Parallel acceleration requires Parallel Computing Toolbox. The purchaser is responsible for confirming compatibility before purchase.

License and permitted use

A purchase grants the original purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for local, offline personal use or internal business use. Ownership and copyright remain with the developer.

Prohibited use

Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, sharing, uploading, copying for third parties, or providing access to any unauthorized person is prohibited.

Engineering responsibility

Simulation and validation results are engineering aids, not guarantees of fabricated-circuit performance. The purchaser remains responsible for circuit-level, process-corner, layout and silicon verification.

Payments and refunds

Online checkout is not open yet. When sales open, our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

All sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or the Paddle Refund Policy. For digital software delivered immediately, applicable withdrawal rights may end once downloading or use begins, where permitted by law and with the buyer’s express consent.
