Terms and conditions

These terms apply to purchases and use of Sigma-Delta ADC Designer, the CIFF Second-Order Sigma-Delta Modulator Cadence model and the Incremental Sigma-Delta ADC MATLAB Model Collection.

Product and compatibility

The product is downloadable MATLAB software. It requires MATLAB R2022b or newer and a compatible, separately licensed Delta-Sigma Toolbox. Parallel acceleration requires Parallel Computing Toolbox. The purchaser is responsible for confirming compatibility before purchase.

The separately sold CIFF Cadence model is a downloadable model-file ZIP, not the MATLAB App or a complete incremental ADC. It requires a compatible, separately licensed Cadence Virtuoso/Spectre environment. EDA software, third-party PDK licenses and silicon performance guarantees are not included.

The Incremental Sigma-Delta ADC MATLAB Model Collection is a separately listed ZIP of editable source scripts and example captures, not the App or the Cadence model. It requires MATLAB; the supplied random-number code uses Statistics and Machine Learning Toolbox functions. MATLAB and toolbox licenses are not included. License and permitted use

A purchase grants the original purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for local, offline personal use or internal business use. Ownership and copyright remain with the developer.

Prohibited use

Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, sharing, uploading, copying for third parties, or providing access to any unauthorized person is prohibited.

Engineering responsibility

Simulation and validation results are engineering aids, not guarantees of fabricated-circuit performance. The purchaser remains responsible for circuit-level, process-corner, layout and silicon verification.

Payments and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides payment-related customer service and handles returns.

All sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or the Paddle Refund Policy. For digital software delivered immediately, applicable withdrawal rights may end once downloading or use begins, where permitted by law and with the buyer’s express consent.
